Spacious grounds with natural hillsides, ponds and large native trees house an ideal setting for playing top level golf and organizing national and international tournaments. The course will have a spectacular double-tiered driving range and a large putting green overlooking the lake and Calbuco Volcano.

The 18 holes will have 4 sets of tee boxes, with approximately 7,300 total yards from the black tees. The design will maximize natural movement of the ground, which, according to Jack Nicklaus himself, "seems to have been put there on purpose to be used as a golf course."  Some holes will border the forest, and others will even be located within it. The natural space will be maximized by the planting of more than 20,000 additional trees of varying native species, a task that began last winter.
