Town Houses General Description

In the Sebastián Elcano Condominium, 300 meters from the main entrance and 35 meters above lake level on 20,000 m2 of land, Patagonia Virgin is carrying out the first stage of five 3-story Town Houses in the style of the old German Patagonian houses in Frutillar. The architecture will honor the legacy of the German settlers who arrived in the area in the nineteenth century. Modern technology will be used in construction, including anti-seismic structures of reinforced concrete, thermal and acoustic insulation and sustainable energy technologies. A fireproof exterior will replicate the color and texture of larch shingles.
Each Town House will be made up of five individual residences, of 140, 119 and 95 m2 on the first, second and third floor, respectively, plus terraces. Combining two or more residences within the same Town House will be a pre-order option, with our architects advising on the new layout.
