Patagonia Village will be a shopping center open to the general public built on 10,000 m2 of firm ground on the shores of Lake Llanquihue, across from our main entrance, within the metropolitan area in Frutillar Bay. The project aims to double its area by building on stilts characteristic of Chiloe, which is permissible due to the shallow depth of the water in this sector. The final urban area will be 20,000 m2 of base land according to the architects Alemparte y Barreda's master plan. In this manner, Patagonia Village becomes a sustainable commercial solution, with shops, restaurants, banks, pharmacies, supermarkets and other services in a romantic Patagonian village atmosphere, inspired by Nantucket Island in Boston, dating from 1860, and also by our own Chiloé.

The different migrations to Patagonia of the English, French and Italians, bringing with them colonial European architecture, were another source of inspiration. Together with nineteenth century German colonization, these migrations have given Lake Llanquihue an historic and international character. A nautical spirit and a functional, urban approach, well-matched to the city of Frutillar, will merge in the architecture of Patagonia Village. The draft of the project has already been approved by the Municipality.

The Village, Town Houses and the project architecture blend beautifully in a concert of natural elements. The lake entrance has a special charm, with a shopping center that will have paths, stores, restaurants, pubs, banks, pharmacies, gift shops, art galleries and other such attractions, serving as a natural meeting point for residents of the project, Frutillar residents and visitors arriving year-round from different parts of Chile and the world.

Patagonia Village will also have parking, a marina and spacious green areas with beautiful landscaping.
